Our breads are freshly baked on Friday. Please pick up on time for the best flavor. If you missed your pickup window, contact us ASAP and we will figure it out.

Refunds or replacements will not be considered unless the bread is defective in some way.

What ingredients do you use for the bread?

Every loaf is created using natural leavening, long fermentation, and handmade methods. We prioritize the use of organic, locally-sourced flour and ingredients, ensuring that no conditioners or preservatives are included in our recipes.

How do I keep my sourdough fresh?

  • Sourdough bread will remain fresh at room temperature for 2-3 days.
  • To keep bread fresh for longer, you may freeze it. Wrap tightly in a freezer bag whole or sliced.
  • Avoid storing bread in the fridge as this makes it go stale faster and affect the texture.
  • To defrost, leave at room temperature or put in the toaster. If bread has just got stale and hard you may spritz loaf with water, bake in oven at 325F for 5-10 minutes to refresh.

What do you operate under?

We operate under the Washington Cottage Food Laws.  Cottage Foods Permit No. : 1669
