They are very similar to shortbread cookies but a little more dense and rich.
Vanilla Cookies are rich and buttery, with a delicate crumb and a rim of crispy sugar. They’re simple, lightly sweet, and the perfect companion for a warm cup of coffee, hot chocolate, or tea.
Chocolate sablé cookies are dense and crumbly with a slight bitterness from the unsweetened cocoa powder.
